WHERE IS MY ORDER?
After you place an order, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process. We’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s handed over to one of our delivery carriers, so keep an eye out!
If it says it has been delivered and it has not, please call us and/or the carrier.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We’ve got a few different options you can choose from:
Standard shipping takes 1-7 business days after processing, and costs $0, no matter where you live in the United States.
2-Day delivery is just $15.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you’re 100% satisfied with your products, but if you’re not, you can make a return within 6 months of purchase. Simply email us at email@example.com with your order number so we can help you with the return process. Once we receive the returned items, we’ll issue you a refund for the purchase price within 5 business days.
WHERE CAN I FIND PYT PRODUCTS?
Our products are currently carried in all Credo Beauty stores. Check out our Find a Retailer page to find a location near you. And we just launched at Ulta Beauty and are coming to Anthropologie this Fall 2018!
CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?
We don’t offer gift cards at the moment, but we highly encourage gifting! Sign up to receive emails and we will let you know when gift cards are available.
